These are flavoured fish fillets and spit, which the client only needs to choose how to cook- on steam, fried, baked or grilled. They are packaged in the so-called MAP package(also known as modified atmosphere packaging), which allows quality conservation and perseverance of useful ingredients for a much longer time.
